What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people with a dream, a goal and an ambition. I take ownership of the problem and their dream along with them whilst maintaining a professional relationship throughout the journey. I love problem solving, design and creativity. I surround myself with creative people that love life and take pride in their work. These people and these aspects of life are what inspire me the most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have working in the public sector for nearly 20 years. Those years made me the person I am and there will always be a special place in my heart for the people I worked with and the projects I worked on. I found the work that I have successfully completed in the private sector to be so rewarding. I am hungry for more, and therefore I decided to change my career and set up my own company. Whilst I worked in education I worked my way up to director level, leading on critical aspects of school performance. In addition to many of the skills I have developed in my specialist subject area of computer science, my experiences have also provided me with valuable leadership skills and therefore the transition to running my own business seems natural.
