Do not work with this company or allow this company to hire you. After being a patient at one of their hospitals in Pennsylvania, I have nothing but bad to say with the exception of two officers who were kind and helpful. They will hire anybody and everybody. They do not train their officers it is very clear, the security manager at this location looks to be about 12 years old and didn’t speak to me, only sat on her phone and complained. What is she protecting as manager? They are rude and unhelpful, definitely in the wrong field. I don’t leave reviews, I know the issues faced in this economy, but for a Abington/Jefferson hospital? If you’re in PA and a hospital, go with another security that will protect your patients and offers better customer service, not ignorant people who aren’t tall enough to ride a roller coaster in a highly physically demanding position. Hired these guys within a week of the event needed. They were super quick in response and very professional. I was nervous about who they would assign for the job. From the first day i felt welcomed. I spoke with Mr.Gavi steele. He told me of every thing i would be doing before hand and walked me through it. Easy cites, great pay and all you have to do is ask for overtime, and plus if u cant make it home they are willing to help with you getting to and from shift.
