I've been training with Dean twice a week for quiet a while now and I've lost 3 and a half stone he is a brilliant trainer who always pushes and incorages me to do more and better he helps me with my diet plan as well I couldn't of asked for a better trainer he always txt me to see how I'm doing and if I'm training at home as well

I have been training with dean for 4 years and enjoy every session I have with him. I train 2 times a week and have gone from strength to strength gaining lean muscle and now down to 10 percent body fat from 20.

I've been training with Dean for just over 6 months. I have seen vast improvements in my fitness and body composition. I have lost 5% body fat and a stone in weight. I feel I have more energy and vitality since my first session with Dean.
I highly recommend Dean, he's friendly and professional and offers plenty of advice on nutrition as well as home workouts which I do in-between our sessions to keep me motivated and focused.

Dean is a excellent personal trainer , dean has been helping me over the last year 2 times a week where I have lost two stone which has helped me a lot with my confidence especially after having two babies as I really didn't have the confidence to go the gym so I can't thank Dean enough for helping me get me back to my ideal weight. I trained with Dean (dm fitness) For 3 years twice a week I got considerably leaner after loosing 2 stone and 5 percent body fat. I was noticing how much more confident in life I was through the training sessions and nutrition advice that dean gave me.
