All the information he shares is evidence based. You'll never see Dave posting about how there is a secret product or training hack which will give you a shortcut to your goals, but just delivers honest and effective information on how to reach your goals.
Couldn't recommend Dave more as a coach! Have been part of his '8 Week Transformation Challenge' and he has taught me so much about fuelling my body properly and incorporating refeeds/cheat meals where necessary. Honestly, I couldn't rate Dave any higher- he's amazing!
I've been training with him since Easter and have noticed a big difference in my fitness, body shape ( my legs are actually shrinking!) but most importantly, my mindset.
I never think I can do it, always moan about what he wants me to do...but Dave is so good at motivating me and encouraging me, that I feel fab at the end and a bit shaky too!
He's full of facts, figures and nutrition tips - which I find really helpful and is so enthusiastic about everything it really rubs off on you!

Been training with dave for around a year. And I have to say when I started I was a mess, I could barely do a 80kg deadlift due to a bad knee. Now after following the strength training exercises I'm now hitting 180kg- 200kg deadlifts, I'm exponentially fitter and have learned more about exercise & nutrition in the past year than in my previous 26. I have been training with Dave for at least a year and half now, and I couldn't live without him! Dave is dynamic and changes my training programme to suit my goals. He incorporates my rugby fitness over the winter and supports me to gain speed (even doing a sprint training class at 630am ) and strength over the summer, with a nutrition plan to give me a beach body! Dave's strength training programme has even got me doing 6 pull ups, and when I started with Dave I couldn't even do one. Every session I'm pushed to my maximum, and I'm even nagged to have rest days. I literally couldn't rate Dave any higher, he's the best trainer I have trained with and I would recommend him to anyone, whatever their goal. More...
