Working in Marketing & PR for BNI Headquarters for over eight years, I worked with a diverse array of companies in the Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, and PR industries on a daily basis. It was obvious to me when I first became familiar with D&M Creative, Ltd. in 2009 that their expertise and creative capabilities are right on par with the top tier talent in their field. What impressed me even more, however, was their on-point professionalism and their authenticity in regard to their interaction with clients and their desire to achieve the best possible outcome with each and every project they acquire.

In July of 2010, I became heavily involved with the daily progression of the BNI branding project which ultimately gave me the opportunity to work with and learn from Morgan Rothwell of D&M on a weekly basis for a five year span of time. Morgan has an innate ability to recognize and understand the needs and challenges of any given project and quickly come up with amazingly efficient strategies and solutions for stellar results. He is a gifted communicator who seems to naturally know how to easily and successfully relay information in terms that make sense to whomever he is speaking; this is a skill which very obviously translates into his talent for showcasing companies and their brands to the world in a way that both appeals to people and makes tremendous sense.

During the time I worked with D&M, I was consistently impressed with their work and blown away by their dedication to customer service and support. BNI Headquarters is in a completely different time zone than D&M’s UK based office—yet, they never failed to respond to all of BNI's support requests expediently and with such thoughtfulness and accuracy that the gap between time zones never once created an issue.

D&M Creative, Ltd. was an immense help in steering the global BNI brand in the direction of clarity, consistency, and one solid, streamlined image for the entire organization worldwide. While employed by BNI, I worked closely with D&M for a significant period of time and enlisted their support and assistance with every facet of BNI’s brand—design, marketing, advertising, presentation, etc.—and it is with full confidence that I recommend their services at the highest possible level.
