Fantastic service from DLO. Can’t fault them at all. From a price point of view it would have cost us more to go by car and park for 10 days . We couldn’t believe what a good price it was. DLO collected from front door and dropped us at the doors at B’ham Airport. On return (which was 3.30 ish in morning) we just had to text them and they arrived right outside as we walked out. Used DLO recently for a drop off and pick up to Birmingham Airport either side of a holiday. The driver was right on time for the pick up and was very courteous, helpful and welcoming. He left his card and said if we wanted a pick up to drop a text message. We text just before our connecting flight to Birmingham and one quick text when we were ready to be picked up and the taxi was there for us. A faultless service and a very reasonable price. We pre booked Dave to collect 4 of us from Sutton at midnight to bring us back to Tamworth. Dave arrived on time and we received a message to say he was outside. He was friendly and polite and his taxi is spotless! On my way back I dropped my keys, I couldn’t find them in the dark! Dave kindly found them the next day and hand delivered them back to me! The best part of this job is meeting a varied client base and building up a company who customers want to use and also many who we also now see as good friends
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started our company as i had been on the end of some very bad experiences with Taxis and transfers etc and I knew i could do a lot better myself and as such could make my customers want to use our services over and over again.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a large customer base who choose to use us as we are Professional and our vehicles are mainly under 5 years old and kept in a good clean condition. We strive to give 100% customer service and are reliable and will be with you when we arrange.
