We used DLA for the first time yesterday, having booked their 15ft x 15ft Party Time Bouncy Castle for our grandchild's birthday party. We needed the castle delivered slightly earlier than their normal guaranteed set up time - and they were very happy to accommodate this. The castle itself was excellent and very clean - and the delivery gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly. We also felt the cost was very reasonable. I hired a Peppa Pig bouncy castle last Sunday 4th Sep for my daughters 1st birthday! I was up the wall & so stressed trying to find & book one other places were either not replying, saying they didn't have photos of the one I wanted, charging £20-40 delivery! ! I used DLA's online booking system to check availability & book (which is so much better �) It stated delivery time between 7am-12pm but I was having the party at a friends who was away the night before so asked if it could be delivered after 11am - They text back straight away saying yes! Amazing service from start to finish! The website is easy to use plus you receive a reminder a few days prior. The guys where very polite and friendly, we paid to have the bouncy castle over night and it wasn't picked up until 11. 30, my daughter was delighted to have the extra time alone on the bouncy castle.
