We had an on site meeting, and detailed breakdown of their quote, and a good feeling about David Looker fo Fair Oak, but in the end reluctantly decided we could not afford the project as specified, so we did not go ahead with them. The 4 stars is not 5 because it was too expensive for us. More...

I accepted a quote to install a smart toilet and a day was arranged for installation. On the arranged day the proprietor rang to say he could not make it citing family sickness as a reason. He said he would call in a few days to rearrange. Have not heard anything since. Very poor. More...
