This gym is excellent! I first started going to life&sole frequently in January and have taken part in 2 of the 6 week transformation. I was diagnosed with arthritis afew years ago and let the weight creep on out of fear of further hurting my joints but Dave and Dan showed me exercises and tailored and eating plan for my needs. I have now lost over 10kg, built muscle and gained energy and confidence. I love the variety of classes and the enthusiasm of all the staff. Life and Sole have excellent facilities with ample parking. The staff are really friendly and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions that you might have. The personal trainers charge a reasonable rate and will definitely help you reach your goals. I first attended Life and Sole to help with a shoulder injury and after meeting with Dave and some sessions since then my shoulder is stronger than ever. great wee gym, staff are always helpful and friendly, amazing amount of equipment considering it's size. most huge gyms don't have half as much gear for functional training as l&s. never been to any classes but notice lots of regulars at them so they must be good. More...

Great gym and facilities including physio n more. I am not a member....yet, but at present pay as I go for some classes. My favourite being Ladies who Lift! Well equipped gym with loads of free weights. Staff are super friendly and eager to help too! More...

This great new gym has many classes on offer and is situated amongst beautiful surroundings. I would recommend anyone looking for a gym or personal training in the Forres area to visit Life and Sole.

Great pricing and knowledge from an experienced team of trainers. The gym is well kitted out and they have a good choice of classes that are all well run. I've been to their seminars on Olympic lifting and found it I teresting and challenged a few of my own thoughts on class delivery. Really worth checking these sessions out when they are run. More...
