I cannot recommend DJ Events enough. They did the entertainment for our Wedding at Burnham Beeches at the end of May.All our guests commented on the DJ's playlist being amazing and at every point during the night there were people on the dance floor. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at DJ Events. I was beyond nervous to be planning a big 40th birthday party, as I had no idea where to start and wanted an amazing time, but after my first meeting with James, I knew it was going to be ok. From the marquee to the bar to the furniture to the lighting to the staging and music, he had it all covered. He worked so hard to make sure we had the most fantastic party and the night was more than we could have ever imagined. James did a fantastic job as our DJ for our wedding at Highfield Park. The lights and the dance floor looked amazing, everyone commented on how professional and beautiful it looked. We had provided an idea of the songs we would like to hear during our evening reception, and James did such a good job of using these songs, but also adding in others which fitted with what we'd asked. All of our guests commented on how good the music was throughout the evening. I thought our DJ from DJ Events did a really good job. I had my preconceptions that wedding DJs can be a bit cheesy but was refreshingly surprised. Our wedding times ran on and our tribute act finished late so there wasn't a chance for him to play the full repertoire of songs but I thought the DJ handled it well and everyone danced to the end so that can only be a good sign. We booked James to DJ our wedding at stoke park golf and country club on 20/08/2017. I had seen him play but before so I was confident he was what we wanted. He was prompt and professional and we would highly recommend him to anybody. We hired DJEvents for our wedding at Highfield Park on Sunday 23 April 2017. Communication from start to finish was excellent. My husband also organised with them a surprise for me with a white sparkly dancefloor - which was absolutely stunning. James, our DJ on the day was amazing - friendly, professional and his tunes kept the danceflooor full of happy people. We have had lots of comments about how good the music was. We compiled a list of tunes, James took requests on the day but he also used his judgement to see how the tunes were going down which was fantastic - at one time it was like an Ibiza nightclub which was unreal and loved by us and our guests. It was a fab fab wedding/party.. I've since continued to recommend them to anyone I know looking for something that is of a VERY high standard but also affordable.. Well , 5 years on and I just used them again for my 40th Birthday Party.It was AMAZING!!! Red Carpet, Uplights in the colour of my choice, Huge black LED Dance floor.. It looking stunning! James made the evening for our wedding, he played the perfect music at the perfect times, and was very understanding of slightly merry guests wanting really random songs. He mixed the songs in together so that there were no awkward pauses or silent moments. The best touch of all was playing our first dance as the last track of the night, it brought everyone back together again and really, really made the night. The Deps are one of the UK's busiest cover bands, playing at corporate events, weddings and parties. At larger events if, we need stage, lighting, large PA systems, DJs, or any type of AV, we always use DJEvents.

They are so helpful, really know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with. Their can do attitude and great advice is invaluable when planning an event or function. I can't recommend them enough!

DJ events did an amazing job for my wedding, not only in the set up but the music played!

They made the room look amazing with the dancefloor, DJ booth, LED bar and 4ft Mr & Mrs letters and had this all set up ready for the big day. We had our wedding in a marquee and had to plug into the sound system which wasn’t the best quality but DJ Events managed to work out a solution using satellite speakers to ensure sound was not lost off the dancefloor. I provided them with a list of key songs for the cake cutting, first dance etc. aswell as a list of songs me and my partner love and all these were played on the day. The dancefloor was packed and DJ Events knew how to work the room. DJ Events had everything we need in one place to cater for our big day which made our lives a lot easier. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly entertainment service for their wedding day which is much more than just the music and speakers. More...
