What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
I always have been into music, I have a huge library of over 350,000 songs, I simply love music.
To keep the party going, I read the crowed very well, I am also very careful on certain request made by guest that will kill the dance floor. All though the song they ask for may be a great song, but sometimes its not good to throw it in right away. Doing this for many years, I know what songs will kill the mood or clear the floor. I also play off the clients request based on the type of party they are having and will also mix in the same style of genres based off their request list.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I like 80's, 90's Music, pretty much all genres off that era... As for My Style, I can adapt to pretty much any type of event & play the music the client wants.
What do you love most about your job?
I love my job, because I always have been into music, even as a young kid I was watching Soul Train, Dance Party, MTV, etc.
I use to make mix tapes back in Junior High & I touched my first pair of Technic 1200 Turntables back in 1986. (I was hooked)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I use to work in sales many years as well as DJ on the weekends on my days off. I didn't like working for someone else or a big corporation & I wanted to be able to start my own company.
Starting My Dj Company was a no brainier, ever since then, I never looked back & I love what I do.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 20 years experience, I do this full time, so clients do not have to worry about having a Dj show up burnt out from their day job.
I also take pride in My DJ Equipment, I don't show up & push buttons, I actually Dj & put the work in.
I have top of the line Dj Equipment, Speakers, Lights and I want to make sure the clients love what they see & hear.
