I had the PLEASURE of working with Randy for my son's 3rd birthday party and I couldn't be happier. Randy was beyond patient with me during our numerous conversations via email, prior to the party and while working on our template. Randy is calm, fun and he solely relies on customer service; which is big for me! The theme was Sesame Street and his team didn't fall short when it came to providing props either! More stars needed. Randy is more than just a person who comes to your event to take pictures and create a memorable moment for you and your guests. I was so FORTUNATE to have found his posting on kijiji because my fiancé at the last moment said she would like a photobooth. With less than a week to go l threw all my eggs in one basket and messaged DJ Randy to see if he would be able to accommodate me with my request. He responded within the hour and instantly there was a bond and trust forged during our discussion on Facebook and cell phone. During the week he checked on me to make sure l was doing well before my BIG day and on the day of. He put together a template that matched back with the colour scheme of our wedding eloquently. He said he would be an hour before his actual time to setup and he kept his word with that. He is respectable, personable, approachable, and affordable.
My guests had nothing but GREAT things to say about him. From someone who use to work in customer service skills l would say DJ Randy does not fill the bill...he is an individual who wants to help another individual and to me l would take that over feeling like a customer any day.
I would recommend DJ Randy to family, friends or to anyone else reading this review.

Randy is super professional and friendly. He provided excellent service at my school's athletic banquet and also took photos for the award ceremony. He is super patient by spending his time to discuss the plan for the night as well as making sure we love the photo booth template.
