This is my third visiting SA Cafe Restaurant in Upper Darby two minutes from 69th Street Terminal to get their oxtails. The sides are good as well.
The food is very well seasoned and delicious. The staff especially waitress Ester is extremely pleasant and helpful.
I asked for a sample of any of their soups.
Ester suggested a soup made with goat meat.
I can't remember the exact name of the soup.
But I'm a fan of soups and it was actually the best soup I've ever had. I will be going back.

This place has a nice atmosphere with good parking. The staff is very nice , and drinks are awesome. The bartender Tony is very professional & so is the bar manager Aisha.
