Trinity Solar installed solar panels on my home a year ago. The installers were excellent -- personable and very adept at their work. The sales rep, Glenn Rhodes, who worked with me from the onset, patiently explained all that I needed to understand as we proceeded with the installation. He has continued to be helpful with any questions that may come up and remains hands on, which I greatly appreciate. I believe in solar but buyers beware.... this is an awful company!!! Look for a different solar provider. What they tell you and what you get are VERY different numbers and no one will take the time to actually talk to you. Horrible horrible horrible company!!!! More...

I just have to let you know John and I were so unhappy with your service!
1) you arrived late
you were not there to play music for my walking down the aisle as requested .
2) your attire was totally inappropriate for a wedding. I understand I had told you that it was casual however I had my guest coming to me saying they could not believe the attire especially baseball cap that you had on.
3) our first wedding song was supposed to be how sweet it is by Michael Bublé which was not played you played no Michael Bublé at all that we had requested
The song that you did play was something that I had asked you to play sometime during the evening I asked for disco to be played you played no disco at all ! you played the wrong song that the groom requested to dance to with his sister.
4) you totally screwed up the announcing of the wedding party
The introduction of the wedding party parents of groom and bride groomsmen, and bridesmaids , flower girl ring bearer are announced last the Groom & Bride !
He played the wrong song for John and his sister.
5)Usually you play background music when the wedding party is introduced.
6) He couldn’t even make a quick announcement about giving out the centerpieces.
7) Every time you made any kind of announcements totally stopped all the music.
8) He took so long setting up for speeches being sung be the maid of honor . It was so Awkward sitting there and complete silence.
9) Very embarrassing when your guest and venue staff notice his poor service and made comments about it One staff member said in 25 years she’s never seen such a horrible DJ.
10) Then to boot questioned the groom about payment of his horrible service
I’m just thankful all my other vendors were outstanding

*Prior to this wedding, I had a 5-star rating across all of my events including the wedding videos posted on this site. *In this wedding, my collaborative DJ style was not embraced by the client who gave me the wrong song to play for her first dance which did not end well. *My learning and actions are: First, to apologize to Rose and John. I hope they are both safe and well. Second, to announce that in the post-pandemic world, Jude and I will only be servicing Adult & Family Events. DJ Luxe did a superb job with the music at our wedding ceremony and reception at The Spring House on Block Island. DJ Luxe worked extremely well under pressure and handled any adversity with ease. Glenn and his assistant excelled at guest interaction and getting the party moving! Everyone was comfortable talking with Glenn and requesting songs. After taking a long hiatus from spin classes I was very happy to find this studio. I love the vibe, it's not intimidating and the instructors are great! I felt welcomed on my first class, the instructors are very friendly and take the time talk to new people at the start and end of class and I like that! He was absolutely amazing and really knew how to get the crowd out on the dance floor. He asked what the age group was and what types of music they would like him to play. Everyone came up to during and after the party and said “Wow was good. Where did you find him?” He brought his assistant along and she asked guest what they wanted to hear. At 1st people weren’t dancing but when they saw him get out there with his assistant they was all they needed to get moving and shaking. Great job and would use and recommend them again! More...

We had so much fun with DJ Luxe! Glenn was amazing to work with and made sure that he catered to everybody’s needs. We had a party with ages spanning from 1-80 so it was incredible that he was able to make everyone happy. His assistant Jude got everyone dancing during the line dances and when we brought in the New Year. Glenn made sure that every request was heard and was a wonderful addition to our New Year’s celebration. I highly recommend DJ Luxe to anybody searching for entertainment for their event as he puts so much time into his events and making sure that you have a fantastic playlist for your party. Even though I booked last minute, Glenn made sure that he included me in his planning process to ensure that I had the event I imagined. Luxe is the BEST and MOST ENJOYABLE workout I have ever experienced. Running, TRX, and traditional spin are good but are definite in second place compared to Glenn's 45 minute rhythmic spin class. The bikes are unlike any other spin bikes--- smooth riding and top notch. Glenn is able to create the perfect balance of a zen-like yet intense ride like no other workout class. His music is always perfectly selected and frequently updated. The East Bay is fortunate to have Luxe in our back pocket. I highly recommend Luxe to all people who have not yet tried it. Tried out a class yesterday. The ride was simultaneously fun, challenging, and uplifting. It is a variation on straight out spinning called rhythmic cycling where the emphasis is finding that sweet physical and emotional spot where fast cadence and just the right level of resistance on the flywheel meet.
Glenn is knowledgeable and leads an inspiring class with plenty of variety.
I have also now had a chance to take a class with Jill. She does a great job inspiring the class, establishing that quick pace at just the right level of resistance, providing unitrusive technique reminders and riding variety all to excellent music.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
I create collaborative playlists with clients in Spotify to play your favorites at the right time during your event (early, mid and late) to get everyone dancing. We talk to everyone who wants to chat and our goal is to get everyone dancing.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I Dj from my iPhone and take requests from each table and on the dance floor. I'm more comfortable interacting with guests than seated behind a table.
What photo booth props do you offer?
Jude will discuss and price out whatever is required for the event.
What do you love most about your job?
Capturing the energy of your event with music and making each client happy. For example, I love when Brides take of their bridal shoes and dance barefoot with their guests. We serviced some great weddings (seen in my videos), but sadly no longer have the time post-pandemic to service weddings properly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started DJ'ing to compliment my indoor cycle studio (www.luxecycle.com [closed 12/2019]) to channel the energy and music from your Event into my daily playlists (see spotify:user:luxecycle).
Why should our clients choose you?
I take time to understand your needs beforehand, come prepared, and interact with guests to make sure everyone is having a good time and dancing :)

To date I have not DJed remotely, but my day job has my hosting ZOOM meetings everyday so I'm open to trying for the right event.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are both fully vaccinated as of 4/20/2021 and will be wearing KN-95 masks for the Adult & Family Events we DJ in 2021.
We clean our equipment before setting up and leave with no-trace.
