I am so glad that Courtney was our photographer for such an important day in our lives. From the first time I contacted her, she was quick and responsive, ready to answer any questions we had. Courtney was also eager to meet with me in person, and later, met my now-husband on Skype. We clicked instantly! She even sent a lovely thank you box with small trinkets after we booked her. So thoughtful! She is extremely personable, talented, and pays attention to every detail, which was so important for me. Not only did she capture details of my dress, jewelry, shoes etc. - she captured precious details and moments of various interactions with our family and friends (i.e. My Mom's hands holding mine as we prayed, my husband's look at me when I walked down the aisle - and at the same time, her assistant captured my emotions as well!) Courtney is the best! She is so talented in what she does. She photographed our wedding perfectly! She is also the most kind, approachable, and least judgmental person. She has no ego or stuck up bone in her body! It was tough for my husband and I to find someone that exceeded all our expectations (there was a lot!) as he does wedding photography on the side. I really wanted a videographer as well, but it wasn't in the budget for us. When we got our photos back (less than 3 weeks from our wedding and it was during peak season of August!) I immediately was put at ease that we didn't "miss" anything since the whole day was so well documented by Courtney and her assistant. Courtney Bowlden is a great engagement/wedding photographer! The first time we met her, she immediately put both my husband and I at ease and made each photo session relaxed and fun. My husband can be pretty shy, so finding a photographer he felt comfortable with was very important to us.

All of our pictures turned out great. I've even had other professional photographers tell us our pictures look great. Courtney was able to get all of the "shots" we requested, but made them all look unique and unscripted.

Courtney is incredible! Photography was one of the most important aspects of our wedding, as far as vendors and logistics go. It was important that we found not only a quality photographer, but also someone we (and our puppy) got along with. Courtney exceeded our expectations! We worked with her for our engagement and wedding. For our engagement session, she came to our home and captured us in our element. She worked with me through wedding planning and went out of her way to help with non-photography items too. For our wedding, her and her assistant Kelsey captured so many marvelous moments! We cannot say enough amazing things about Courtney!! I am very picky when it comes to photography and from the moment I saw Courtney's work I fell in love! Not only does she take INCREDIBLE pictures but she is also the sweetest, friendliest person you will ever meet. You will feel like best friends in minutes! After we met Courtney for the first time my husband who usually doesn't have a strong opinion said "I really liked her I think she is going to be the best photographer for our wedding!" So we booked her and I can tell you we will never regret that decision. We are not super comfortable in front of the camera and we had so much fun at our engagement session and wedding! Courtney is not only an absolutely incredible photographer but person as well. She really cares about you as a couple and wants to make sure you are happy. She responds so quickly and answers any questions you have. Courtney was seriously amazing! She was always professional and on top of her game. Not only that but was really quick at responding to emails, which was very helpful when you are trying to get wedding planning stuff done. She made my fiancé and I feel totally comfortable. We were both in love with our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. I shopped around for a while trying to book a photographer and it felt like everyone was overpriced and we would only get them for 6 hours tops + additional money for every hour as well as only 1 photographer. But Courtney was really reasonably priced and we had her there the entire night with a second photographer. She got our wedding pictures back to us just a few days over a month which we were totally not expecting since we got married during the busy season. I would definitely recommend Courtney! Courtney and Francys were an amazing duo at our wedding. From the get-go, my husband and I loved Courtney's vibe, she was sincere, down to earth, and open to suggestions. She was able to capture the photos we wanted for our engagement shoot and despite the weather on our wedding day (terrible rain), she was creative and accommodating. Courtney is amazing. Truly. Not only does she take incredible photos (and they really are stunning), she tries to make your day everything you want it to be. She has an astute eye for beautiful shots and goes above and beyond to make sure she captures the best of you. Her photos are timeless and elegant; I have never felt more beautiful than when Courtney's camera was on me. I always felt like she genuinely wanted our wedding day to be perfect. Some photographers can have a tendency to be a bit pushy or not really listen to what you are saying, but I never felt that way with Courtney - I always felt like I had a voice in what I wanted, which was a great gift.

My experience with Courtney was not for a wedding. It was just a couple session with my boyfriend of 6 years. We wanted to get professional pictures taken together and decided that Courtney would be the best photographer for us! During our session, I loved how comfortable she made us feel. I didn't feel awkward in front of the camera which is what I was worried about. I loved the Courtney was honest with what look great and what didn't in a photo. Like for posing for instance. She gave great tips and pointers for a perfect photo. Which meant a lot to me because I wanted GREAT photos, not just good. I also trusted in her with locations. She picked awesome spots that she found herself! I loved it because it wasn't a typical location that was crowded with people which made me even more comfortable. My experience with Courtney was amazing. Very flexible, so sweet and kind, she made it VERY easy to work with her, when usually I feel uncomfortable being photographed. I have a condition where I blush more than the normal person, but the pictures I've seen thus far were so amazingly edited you couldn't even tell. I will look back on that day and remember how beautiful it was, not about little insecurities, and that is priceless. She really captures the moments you would never end up seeing yourself. For example, you and your love are just talking sweetly to each other and she's able to take that moment and turn it into something you'll remember for so long. Courtney has such a talent, she pulled our personalities out and it is evident in our beautiful photos. She works with you and with what you want. She sticks to her word. Courtney really knows what she's doing and is so flexible. Something else I really noticed is that she catches all the small details as well. Other photographers that I inquired with showed me some sample photos and either the focus was off in the wrong spots or the angles weren't really what I was looking for.
