What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Knowing and understanding your audiences musical needs. Having a good selection of the right music. Being able to change the mood and style as most people do not want to listen to the same genre all night unless it is a specialist event. I treat every job the same regardless of how much I am getting paid. Not being afraid to experiment and knowing what is not working and being able to change the mood in order to keep the event busy.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I am a freestyle dj who mixes many genres together to take you on a musical journey. I am also a technical dj that does everything by hand with no computer assistance or pre recorded playlist.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making people dance and enjoying themselves The variety of work as I do not play the same music set every event. Meeting new people and the opportunity to generate more business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is the only way to get work as I am not with an agency. A lot of my work is through word of mouth and recommendations. If you make sure you do a good job every time you can get bookings through bookings quite easily.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am a very experienced dj that knows how to keep people happy and the dance floor busy. As well as my extensive wide range of musical styles to take you on a journey. I have invested in good quality equipment which is important for the sound.
