David provided DJ and photobooth services at our recent wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the decision! He was helpful every step of the way before the wedding, and happily fulfilled every one of our requests. Everything went incredibly smoothly the day of, with great sound throughout our ceremony and our indoor/outdoor reception. The photobooth was busy throughout the night, and the attendants were a great help! All of this came at such a ridiculous value that we can hardly believe that we got all of that for the price. Dave was AWESOME!! From the start he had great communication and helped us with the general timeline of events during our reception. He was always in contact and he kept everything running on time during our reception. He also pulled double duty and provided the sound system for our outdoor beach wedding. Dave was seriously a trooper! He showed up early and did an amazing job setting up inside, and then hustled to the beach and had the speakers/mics ready to go for the ceremony! The uplighting he provided for our venue was nothing short of gorgeous. He honestly transformed it from a white walled room to something out of a movie. Dave kept the party going all night and our guests had an absolute blast on the dancefloor. I'm so, so glad we found him! He is awsome, he was at my daughters school this weekend @ Jennie Smith for the glow dance. I'm defently going to hire him for my daughters next bday party. He is a great dj, interacts great with the kids and crowd. Plays great music , great personality etc. Also has the photo booth that is a big bonus...The set up was nice to , the kids loved it. The quality was really good and a big selection of stuff for the kids to dress up with for the pics.. hats , glasses etc. he did an all around great job.... DJ Davy Dave worked the wedding for my sister seven years ago and did such an amazing job. I remembered dancing with my siblings all night and have a great time. I wanted the same experience for my wedding and was over the moon to find out he would travel to PA to DJ our wedding. His services are on par if not even better compared to the other DJs in the Philadelphia area. I was able to get our outside ceremony, uplighting for our venue, and the best dance party I could ask for at our wedding. We made specific playlists for our ceremony, cocktail, and dinner hours and he honored that without question. I knew we had a good night when at the very end everyone was chanting for one more song. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Knowing the crowd and what they want to hear "feeling them out". In most cases for formal events, the customer provides the list of music to be played its incorporating those requests to have the night run smoothly and keep the dance floor rocking!
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Flexible, it really depends on the event, some events you need to be lively and get the dance floor going, other events the client may be looking for low key. Key to any successful event is knowing the style and performing at that level.
What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
Helps guests unwind during event. Having something tangible to leave the event with "Photos" an event keepsake is plus. Also, is a good alternative or great addition to any event photography to be done.
What photo booth props do you offer?
Over 200 Hundred props to choose from a variety of Masks, Glasses , Signs with Sayings, Wigs, Headbands, Blow Ups, Holiday, and many more miscellaneous others.
What do you love most about your job?
For Deejaying keeping the crowd going, the one on one I get with the customer with planning (I provide Online Planning Forms for either DJ and/or Photo Booth Service, and for Photo Booth bringing smiles and seeing the creativity with props!
What inspired you to start your own business?
During my own wedding the DJ didn't play all the requests my wife and I wanted. This inspired me to start my own business and provide a service that puts the "Customer" first. I have always liked all types of music as a kid and Photo Booth I started because I am silly natured person and compliments my personality!
