We used DJ Connection for our wedding this past October 2023 and couldn’t be more happy with how everything went! From the moment Harvey showed up we felt a weight get lifted off our shoulders. DJ Connection was the perfect fit for our wedding! They asked extensive questions beforehand to ensure the DJ knew what you were looking for, and our DJ Jay absolutely delivered. He checked in with us on the day and made sure he was planning what we wanted, and fit in changes when we had special requests. When we were deciding on music for our wedding, we had a specific vision and DJ Connection met all of our needs! My husband and I focused on a jazz/blues dinner ambience and classic rock for the reception dancing. Our DJ, Tasha, was AMAZING! She followed our list to a tee and made sure the guests were engaged throughout the entire evening. We had our wedding on 10/21/23 in Sands Springs, OK. Our DJ, Mo, did a fantastic job. Everything was set up before guests arrived and the music agreed upon was played right on cue. He even had the forethought to edit some of the music so we wouldn't be waiting for long music intros. He had a great attitude, energetic, and was very attentive to our needs. DJ Connection was great! They had their process down pat with organizing timeline and possible songs well in advance, plus the customer portal to add songs when I wanted for months beforehand. They kept me well informed the whole time, and always got back to me quickly if I had any questions. My only gripe is that the DJ that came for the day didn't announce to my guests that there were prizes for finishing paper wedding games until well into the reception, even though we had asked this a week prior. From the very first phone call to get a quote to the night of our wedding, we loved working with this company. The website that lets you add your own songs as you’re planning out your dances was so beneficial. They helped with our timeline, such as when to do the toasts and bouquet toss. We staged a final exit and she helped us get everyone outside. DO NOT hire DJ Connections. They make it seem so easy, personable, etc. and it is not. you rarely get to speak to someone. they won't give you contact information to speak with your ACTUAL DJ. The contract says 1 month out they tell you who your DJ is and when we asked about this, they couldn't tell us who was working our wedding (just a little concerning). on top of that, our DJ was only sent all our aong requests 1 day prior! I will say our DJ was great but the overall experience with the large corporation is NOT worth it. Spend a little extra $ and go with a local DJ who you can actually connect with, speak with, build a relationship with prior to your wedding. More...

Our DJ was the first vendor we booked for our wedding almost a year and a half in advance and we are so glad it was DJ Connection! The initial flexibility of booking and having a friend on the team (Dalton!) made the planning process so easy and fun! I love their portal where you can modify your own song timeline and add lots of songs to different playlists for your event. But mostly, we absolutely LOVED our DJ Connor and simply could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding day. Connor was the life of the party and even let our guests know at the end of the night that certain flowers were poisonous to any cats they might have at home. For our wedding we were recommended to DJ Connection from a friend and decided to give it a go. From the beginning they were super friendly and helpful with the whole experience! They have a DJ planning website which helps you stay organized on songs and timelines, and this was super user friendly. As a wedding coordinator, I really enjoyed working with DJ Connection! The DJ assigned to my couple was DJ Marcus. They had made it known that they didn't really have a "dance-y" group - but that didn't keep Marcus from trying! He never lost steam and still interacted with the group whenever he could. He did a great job with MCing as well. I even had someone from the emergency weekend line call me to confirm he had arrived when he didn't have service to answer them.
