Chillin McMillin was hands down the BEST choice for our wedding DJ! After meeting and talking to various DJ's, we jumped at the opportunity to hire him! He is so upbeat and fun and has such a contagious energy and spirit. He kept everyone entertained throughout the night and got everyone up and moving and energized! Matty and Jen have been so great helping us along with our wedding plans! They seem very experienced in the music/entertainment biz. They have been so quick with communication, which is key, with all the other plans that go into a wedding. But what's gone above and beyond my expectations is that they encourage us to reach out with any other questions regarding other aspects of our wedding, not just music, and that's because they've seen it all! From the planning stages right through the wedding day, he gave us great advice and went out of his way to ensure Melanie and Mike had the day they wanted. Matty works magic with his DJing I swear. I’m the type of person who normally sits at a table during a wedding. But I was up and moving to the music. He is so easy to work and he is top of of everything even when your not. I did not realize till after my wedding that he was helping with all the small details like tying a bow tie on an usher. He is an extremely professional and unique DJ and I highly recommend him when he says he the easiest part of your wedding other than saying I do he means it! Matt was honestly the most incredible DJ! We asked him to DJ our 15 year vow renewal...not only was the music great, he adapted what I think most would consider a “normal” wedding schedule into what our vision was for the day! When he says it’s the easiest decision about the day you will make, he is 100% right. Purely and simply- Matt CARES. This was evident in every phone call and email we had with him and his wife, Jennifer. He truly aims to make his clients’ events special. We hired Matt for our wedding and we absolutely made the right call. He was energetic, kind, genuine, and a dang good professional. He knows what he’s doing and always has loads of backup equipment incase anything gets wonky. Our wedding guests kept telling us how great he was! He kept the party going from pre-ceremony to our sparkler send off. He had more than one youngster hanging on his leg at times and even allowed me to have a go at the lights (which were awesome). Matt also accommodated our need for a giant projection screen and he invested in a rear projector to help everything look amazing. Matt and his assistant even managed to take some phenomenal photos throughout the night! He was the first vendor to arrive at our wedding and the last vendor to leave that night. Matt and Jennifer also gave us an incredibly personalized gift and we were stunned. We didn’t expect anything to begin with but we were blown away with how thoughtful they were. You can’t put a price on authenticity. We can’t imagine our wedding without Matt and we recommend him fully. You can’t go wrong with DJ Chillin McMillin!!! More...
