I purchased a pedal from them on Reverb™️. It was Independance Day and Josh from JHS pedals mentioned the pedal I was trying to get, so I hopped on it for the cheapest price listed for a new unit. I’ve witnessed price gouging after JHS’s YouTube videos start a trend and I got out in front of it. They cancelled the order. There’s another one star review with a similar story of listing cheap and then trying to sell higher after somebody takes the bait. They tried to tell me it was an inventory error. I purchased a stage from these guys, and couldn't have been happier with the simplicity of the website, the pricing, and especially the customer service. I received a phone call from "George" to let me know that not only had my order gone through smoothly, but that I had just beat the price elevation that was going into effect on that stage; but the best part was that since I live in Oceanside, and they are in East L.A., (about an hour and a half away), they would just drive it out to me TODAY! Ordered a Mackie mixing board from their website because they had it for $30 cheaper than anywhere else. Got confirmation my order was received and that they’d norify me when it ships. After a few days with no shiping confirm, I logged into their site to see if I could find out what’s happening with my order. The status showed it was canceled. So I called them and asked why it was canceled. They said it was out of stock. So I went back to their website and looked up the same product. It was listed as in stock and they had raised the price.They obviously didn’t want to sell it for the lower price so they canceled my order and lied to me about why. So because they insisted it would be fine, we reloaded the truck the same way. When they fell and destroyed my property inside the truck, I was told "we normally strap these down. Must have been a panicked stop" as if this makes it my fault. Oh that's right... you should never brake while transporting stuff. If you do decide to go to this vender do not let them sell you out of the box equipment with a promise of ever receiving the rebate. I purchased Mackie SRM 650 speakers from them and was told that I would get a $200 mail in rebate. What I was not told was that I needed the UPC from the box. I should have known something was wrong when both sales associates spent the next hour trying to figure out how to locate the rebate from the Mackie website as I waited.... I made several calls to the store with promises of them reaching out to the vender. Not even an apology when the rebate expired and I was out the $200.
