I got the ceviche in olive sauce, and while I couldn't identify any olive flavor, it was really good, probably the best ceviche I've had, and it was a huge portion. This place is located in the heart of coral gables miracle mile in a great area to walk around after your food and enjoy outside seating. We stumbled upon this gem when we realized Bangkok Bangkok was closed for remodeling but I'm not really mad at it.Me and my boyfriend shared the croquetas de pulpo ($10.99) and the appetizer share plate that says is for four people but is actually barely for two hungry people. ($28.99) and for desert we bad these pancake doughnut things in sweet honey that I forgot the name for ($8.99). If it wasn't for the octopus croquetas I think I would have not came back but it was something unique to the restaurant that desperately made me want to buy them in bulk so I can have them whenever I want. The outside was perfectly crunchy and textured and the inside was mushy, chewy from the octopus with real thick chunks but still melted in your mouth. Paired with the sweet sauce on the bottom and the saltiness of the octopus, it was an overwhelming mix of every texture and flavor possible and my tastebuds were the happiest they could be.As for the appetizer mix, we personally felt like it was expensive for what we received and the fish in the ceviche could have been better and The lomo salteado tequeños are actually just minced meat spring rolls. We were still hungry even after all this and desert with our total coming out to $59 without any drinks. It was all still very good and a nice way to know what to order most of on your next visit. The service was also average as we had to ask for water every time we ran out even though there was about 5 tables occupied inside and outside. I ordered a Fettuccine a La Huancaina con Lomo Saltado, Lomo Saltado Flambeado and ceviche Ceviche Carretillero. I'm from Peru and I can tell that The ceviche was my favorite plate in this restaurant. Everything was perfect. Thank you guys for making my experience better in Miami.
