I trained with Tony for over a year, and carried on until I was 7.5 months pregnant. Tony was brilliant at making sure that I had safe workouts to keep me in shape and retain core strength during pregnancy. Tony prepares for each session to make sure it is fun and varied, I rarely felt like I was doing the same thing twice which made it more interesting than other personal trainers I have worked with in the past. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We at Divine get to understand each clients needs individually; this then helps us to assess what their goals are and what fitness program to design for them. We then help clients to monitor what they eat and drink and then we train them alongside all this and push them through every session. So everything comes together hand in hand to achieve the ultimate goal of getting then the body they need.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Positive motivation from the trainer, the client has to also maintain their focus and mental strength throughout the training regime. The client has to also be willing to make sacrifices with what you eat / drink and also have patience as getting the ideal body you want can take a while.
What do you love most about your job?
The flexibility of being able to work as and when I want. We also enjoy working with clients and seeing them achieve their goals with our help.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The sense of having freedom to work as and when I choose. But I've also wanted to be my own boss since I started working for a boss at 16. I have always been a leader and not a follower and I think that has been in my frame of mind for many years now. By being my own boss I have flexibility in they days and time I work also.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I'm passionate about my job and I take joy in supporting and seeing my clients achieve their goals. I also treat my clients as individuals and all programs made are tailored to suit their needs.
