I was really impressed with the service I got here and even though I have no idea what I’m doing I felt that that didn’t fuddle me with jargon or try to take every penny I had! I wanted something quite specific for my son who is autistic and needs a lot of patience. We had to test every case in the building almost and try out the results of game play on the ones he narrowed down. Even then when my son liked the green lights but didn’t like the red lights and loved the keyboard that came with it. Then he changed his mind and wanted the blue set. They were amazing helping us and not rushing us. Once we’d chosen the case they gave us all the advice to choose a system which suited the games he wanted to play and showed us what to expect. Because we wanted something a little different to what was ready we had one built to our requirements. This only took a day even though it was the weekend. We picked it up on the Sunday. We were running late and called and the guys even stayed late when we got stuck in traffic after going to see the Giants in town.
