My experience with Mohammed was fantastic, he was extremely supportive and understanding every step of the way. His approach was personalised and made me feel motivated and positive. He kept me focused on improving myself and was very patient on my bad days which I cannot praise him enough for. After suffering from a knee injury, I lost all confidence within myself and became overweight, unhealthy and always looked for excuses not to get out of the house. It was only once I looked in the mirror I realised I needed help. I cannot find a way to thank mohammed for how much he has helped me. Within a month i was able to lose 7kg, the exercises made me feel alot more healthy, i was once again gaining confidence and am more confident within myself, mohammed has helped me alot and his workout plans and diet plans are very effective, 5 stars from me !! Being a Muslim woman I don't like the idea of training in a gym. The problem was a I didn't have a clue of what to do at home. From the first phone call Mohammed was very approachable and understanding. I felt the need to exercise due to constant pains and also some random and unwanted fat around my stomach. The reason why i started training wasnt to lose weight, it was purely because my body just felt unfit and i had a alot of aches and pain due to a lack of exercise. When i started training with mohammed, i saw results instantly, i felt a lot more mobile and those aches and pains were soon a story of the past. Before i wouldn't be able to some of day to day tasks without feeling worn out, now those tasks aren't demanding in the slightest. We guide our clients with expert knowledge on fitness and ultimate support with motivation and focus. Fitness is something which is built with consistency, a consistency which must remain throughout life.
