I must say she is a phenomenal attorney! I came in so nervous and mostly fearful of what to expect legally. I was approaching a divorce and Ms Rutty took me under her wings. I felt so secured and stress free whenever she represented me. She is very understanding and also a great listener. Better yet she gives great advices. After battling my court case with me for two years she re ensured me that I have nothing to worry about. She made sure that victory was our success. I telephoned her office this morning in absolute histeria. Mrs Rutty was not in but within a short period of time she reached out to me. She listened intently to my MANY problems concerning a variety of legal issues. Mrs. Rutty allowed me to express my fears anger sadness and neurosis lol and then she calmly and confidently explained to me in detail what legal options are available and how I should proceed. I made an appointment immediately. After working with several other local attorneys over the past several years I have always felt the customer service aspect of the legal profession is no longer relevant. It was refreshing to speak with an attorney who is still excited to practice and also compassionate enough to understand a client's fragile state.
