Disappointing. Scheduled to meet with the cleaner and on the day she reconfirms our meeting. I left work early to suit the timings. No sign of her at our agreed time. I text wondering if she can find the apartment ok. The reply was ‘running late. Next message within a minute, ‘can I come tomorrow.’ Not a good start for this business. I will not use this service. I started Direct OCS because of my desire to make a difference. I wanted to work with others to help move them forward in profound ways in their lives. I knew that I could offer the perspective, structure, support, guidance and honesty others needed to make big transitions in their lives. This drive to make a difference launched "Direct OCS", a professional Office cleaning services that brought my strengths, experience and skills together to help others.
