Terrific experience...never thought i'd say that about a move. Have had some atrocious experiences with movers previously, but this was pain-free and even somewhat enjoyable. First, I would like to point out that the move was different in 3 ways: Time, Price, and Professionalism. The move was quick, clean, and respectful. Direct Moving Services were people who obviously have experience in this business and were very careful with my Items. I appreciate how quickly they were able to move my things with such precision. Second is the price. The low base price of $1100 was just perfect for me. $1100 for what I was moving was very reasonable and was good for my budget. Other companies were charging me too much. Last but not least was professionalism. The staff was extremely nice and outgoing, always with smiles on their faces, providing a happy, exciting, and positive environment. I was really happy that I got to meet these guys from Direct Moving Services. In all of my past experiences with moving companies, I have never met a moving company that was so careful with my things and yet were still quick on their jobs. Direct Moving Services was very prompt and early on our agreed schedule; they even came 30 minutes earlier than me, which only says something about their attitude. They only charged me for the journey towards my place and they never added anything extra for helping me carry and package all of my things. Direct Moving Services blew me away when they handled my last move. We hired them after reading so many amazing reviews from other people. They seemed friendly and reliable when we called them. The real proof came during the move. The movers were all very experienced and they wasted absolutely no time. Their packing skills were amazing and they carried everything with ease.
