Considering a website or SEO package from Direct Line?
RUN AWAY NOW!
Absolutely horrible company that will give every excuse in the book about why they cannot meet BASIC expectations.
You'll be better off burning your money than feeling the pain and frustration of trying to get them to do what you hired them for. Too many complaints to list, but here's a few:
-in the course of one year we've had three different project managers that have been fired or left the company...the new ones have no idea what the old ones did, so it's starting over again.
-after paying over $45,000, we have a basic website (worse than the off the shelf version that we were paying $40 a month for), our SEO keywords have not moved an inch (some are placing worse), and they've cost us about tens of thousands of dollars and dozens of customers due to their inability to put together a basic functioning site.
The list goes on and on. If you're still not convinced; read the reviews on Google, Yelp, and Bark carefully...you will notice that a majority of their positive reviews come from actual employees of the company (even the owner) reviewing as if they were a client. Then check out the reviews and complaints on the Better Business Bureau...that should tell you everything that you need to know about this company.
Small business is hard enough without having a company that you're paying a tens of thousands of dollars to actively working against you. STEER CLEAR!
