Wow where do I even start with this excellent company? Firstly, the manager was a delight to work with, talked me through the different vehicles and prices in simple terms and made a lot of effort for my special day. Also the driver came 5 mins before the specified time which put my mind at ease from the very start. The driver was professional, an excellent communicator and very customer focused. Lastly, the car that I hired was in bespoke condition, clean, full of atmosphere and beyond my expectations. I only wish I could do more to recommend this company!!! Thanks again Direct Limo Hire!!! I booked the Beaufort lat minute literally for my sister's wedding. Everyone I dealt with was super professional. I had courtesy calls to let me know how long before the car arrives. We visited Manchester arena on a snowy December night. Dave arrived on time to collect us and was waiting when the concert finished. The limo was immaculate inside and out and toasty warm. The drive across the Pennines was in sleet and fog, the roads through Cheetham Hill were very busy and congested, we were not aware of any of it thanks to the drivers(Dave) skill. For my sisters wedding a company had let me down by telling me that the car was not available a day before the wedding. I rang countless car hiring companies all giving replies that it's far too late.
