I enjoyed the experience from the music, the assistants were ready to help whenever you needed them. The instructor seemed a little mechanical ( just going through the motions) she didn't speak up or the mic wasn't loud enough. They need to invest in a projector screen for everyone to see in stead of walking around to show the picture. They need more than 1 bathroom & aprons that will fit plus size people cause paint got on my clothes cause it didn't cover me. Other than that it was a great 1st time experience. The place was packed, noisy, but I had a fantastic time.
I am amazed at what I achieved. The atmosphere was that of people genuinely excited about creating something for themselves.
The subject (a painting by Van Gogh) was mature, so accomplishing a semblance of it was amazing. instructor was clear enough but not so precise that our own personalities were stunted. The staff was friendly. I will be back!

It was very fun. I took my mom here for her birthday as a mother-daughter bonding and I definitely want to go again. Do not expect these paintings to be easy especially by first glance . However the instructors are very nice and helpful. Their step by step instructions will have you amazed that you actually painted such a beautiful picture! AND it's byob just to give you that extra inspiration! Just bring your own fancy glass because otherwise you'll have to use a plastic cup. More...
