Dining by Design did a GREAT job for our wedding! Andrea was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and was always very professional and prompt in her responses. The food was delicious and the staff were all so nice and friendly. In fact, when my husband and I got to the reception after taking photos, we had several guests stop us to tell us how nice the catering staff was! We had Dining by Design as caterers for a family reunion of 38 people. Â We were so pleased with their service! Â The food was delicious - we got great comments from everyone. Â The dinner rolls were especially good - apparently a house recipe. Â Staff were a delight to work with, from our first call to the actual service at the dinner. Last weekend, I was blessed with the opportunity to marry my best friend. As someone who is very detail oriented, I was looking for a venue that would take the pressure off attempting to attend to those things in the middle of the reception. Wellington Place went above and beyond all expectations my husband and I had. We visited other venues prior to Wellington and were unimpressed by "here's the keys to the building, the rest is up to you" attitude at other similar venues. Wellington took the pressure off that task. We received several compliments on the quality of the food and service provided at our reception, which included 300 guests. Both Ryan and Andrea were integral parts of our special day and accommodated to each request I had. Our wedding day was stress free and we were truly able to enjoy our reception. I have been involved in several weddings in the past few years and lived in Springfield my whole life. If you are looking for real customer service, you will not find better in Springfield! More...

Working with the staff of DBD was so nice. Ryan and his staff are so professional and were always there when I had a question. Ryan knows his place and will help you decide what you would like if you are unsure. The food is so good and he also will help you put a menu together. We had brisket and parmesan chicken...the Brisket was amazing. They also provide beverage service and we could even fit in a signature drink. I couldn't have been happier. More...

The staff was amazing. Our wedding was outdoor and it rained. They not only took all the food to the tent in the rain but they even had shirts with them to change before they served the guest. They also cut our cake and made a plate for us with all four flavors. The little touches like that made it very special. More...
