went to LongGreen VFD food truck tonight andwas greeted by the rudest people working. I walked up at 4:27, 3 minutes before the "official start" and asked to order a cheese pizza I was told they weren't open yet I said ok when you open can you make me a cheese pizza. I was told when we open you can order a cheese pizza. I had no intentions of coming back except I couldn't talk my 2 year old grand daughter out of the pizza. when I went back I said to the guy I wouldn't have come back if it wasn't for the 2year old with me, he said if it wasn't for the 2 year old I wouldn't serve you. after I paid he said and don't come back. the worst customer service I have experienced. I hired BricknFire's food truck for my wedding last month since we really wanted a pizza truck. Tara at BricknFire was great and easy to work with, and there were tons of options for appetizers and pizza's. My husband & I are both vegetarian, and we were able to have a diverse menu for veg's along with a meat option. I totally forgot we had a handful of vegans at the wedding, but they requested vegan pizza & BricknFire was able to accommodate them with no issue. Brick N Fire recently catered a small event of 60 so adults for me at my parent’s house, and I couldn’t have been happier with their service! The pizza was delicious – our guests raved about the quality. The staff making the pizza were incredibly friendly – they were organized, set up quickly and quickly cleaned up after the event was over. We were supposed to have an event that started at 6, the truck didn’t even show up until 7:30, pizzas didn’t start until 7:45. They were very accommodating at first, until it started to get late and a lot of people who had tickets still hadn’t been served. The man working the oven was VERY rude, audibly complaining about timing and how late he would have to stay. The woman helping was very accommodating and friendly and was amazing through the whole experience. However, my husband was so appalled by the way the man working the oven was speaking to the woman helping that he stepped in the middle. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed by the man working the oven. The man working the oven was rude and disrespectful and tried to argue with my husband over “who worked more hours and who was more tired”. BricknFire catered my daughter's Bat Mitzvah reception and it was amazing! The food was fresh and so flavorful! Staff was kind, professional and helpful. communication leading up to the affair was smooth too. Thanks Tara for being so incredibly helpful and patient while planning everything out!!! The S'mores Buffet was great, thanks for letting us be your guinea pig! I think that the next time you should have it on wheels and bring it out to the middle of the dance floor to make it more of an event in and of itself! Have the Sterno on one side and the other recipes and fixings on another side display.
