Started with Dilly's 3 years ago and got healthier and fitter, and although it wasn't my top priority I also lost 2 stones over the course of the first year and a half!

I have been going to Sam for sports massage over the last 2 months. During the last 20 years I have used various practitioner's such as osteopaths, physiotherapists and so on. Sam really knows what she is doing and I am really impressed with her knowledge and attention. She is full of great advice and has helped motivate me with my training. I've been working with Sam for the past month or so and I've been thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail and willingness to work with my various health conditions to develop a sustainable exercise plan. Sam takes the time to really understand her clients and their lifestyles, and finds ways to work exercise into their routine, no matter how challenging that might be!Sam even took the time to look up vegan nutrition so that she could create me healthy and easy to cook meals, which I really appreciated.Sam is full of energy and most importantly she knows how to motivate her clients toward leading a more active, healthy life. I haven't known Sam for very long but already I know that she's an incredible human being. I've incorporated some form of exercise in my lifestyle for as long as I can remember but more recently felt that I'd plateaued and needed that extra push to get more out of my training. Sam has the knowledge to craft the perfect plan and the passion to really help you execute and get you closer to your goals. It's just not something that is easy to do on your own. I want to get the most out of my training and be held accountable for my progress. Sam is firm but fair and exactly what I needed. I have been using Dilly's during the last year and although my main goal was just to get fit and eat healthy, that translated in me losing 14kg! Sam is a great motivator, and great at adapting exercises o your particular level, she will keep challenging you even when you think you have reached your maximum. I am super fit compared to a year and a half ago but she keeps finding interesting exercises for me. More...

For the past month I have been training with Samantha and I am amazed at how far I have come in such a short space of time. The best thing is that I enjoy every minute of it! Samantha loves what she does and that was obvious to me as soon as I met her. She makes working hard fun and every session is different! I only have two sessions a week but Samantha has been there supporting me 24/7 and even sets me homework which I love! Hi! I started training with Dilly's just to get back into fitness and I managed to complete all my original goals. Now I have new ones because I found I like feeling fitter and healthier, and Sam can always find those exercises that are just challenging enough to become your next target.
