They have everything saved and I can just send a message and they send the most beautiful and long lasting flowers to my recipient and sometimes in minutes. They are so awesome. I absolutely have to say dealing with this florist has been one of the most pleasant experiences ever. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional all rolled into one that represents the business in the most positive way. Not only was the arrangement one of the most beautiful there, it was very reasonably priced. The delightful staff helped me make a choice and even offered special priced items as an option. And to top it off, a thank you card arrives in the mail thanking me for my business. What a great business model. I will never go anywhere else for flowers. I procrastinated and was panicked. The funeral was the following day at 1 p.m.. I found Dill's online in Belleville - the town I needed flowers for. It was almost 6 p.m. the day before and Dill's was closed for the evening. I selected what I wanted online, (pictures shown). I paid via paypal so it was painless. The next morning I followed up shortly after Dill's opened. They had my order, and said it would be delivered by the visitation at 11 a.m. I received confirmation at 9:37 that the flowers had been delivered. (they opened at 8:30 - QUICK turn around!!!) My sister-in-law later sent me a picture of the flowers that arrived and they looked just like the flowers I selected online. I am highly impressed with the quality and the fabulous service I received from Dill's. I would definitely recommend them. More...
