Dilek @ Instant Professional Services has been most helpful IT support for me. I sought support from a few other IT experts before, for my home and small self-employed professional practice. But none gave me as good service. She is diligent, patient, and most importantly very competent. She is very clear communicator and if she does not know the answer, she says so, but comes back with the answer quickly. She was brilliant in solving numbers of my problems, others could not, and Internet base information/communities were no help. I am very lucky that I have been recommended and referred to Dilek. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. In IT there is no short cuts and you need to know you subject very well to help others. Can-do attitude is my strong suit. When I see a happy customer, it makes my day happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked as an senior IT engineer for more than 15 years. After having my little princess I have decided to have a flexible work. The best way to move forward is to set up my own business. One of the best decision I have ever made.
