What do you love most about your job?
What I really LOVE about my job is that we get to help others. Dijatek's developers are very intelligent and excel at their job. As owner, it is my pleasure to utilize that skillset to ensure our clients are making money or attaining business goals for non-financial goals. That is what it is all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During my decades long career in the Air Force, I was able to come up with brilliant solutions to consistent problems plaguing that organization. Unfortunately, the many level of bureaucracy prohibited change from the bottom up of any significance. As a business owner I am able to apply effective solutions to problems that work in the best interest of our customers without worrying about all the red tape.
Why should our clients choose you?
We deliver, on time on budget. Project costs, capabilities are clearly defined at the beginning of the project. Our connection to the UCF Coding Bootcamp gives us the opportunity to get great new talent when needed. Finally, my military background is the keystone of the company: Integrity and getting the job done.
