Our internet in work was rubbish, kept losing its signal. Nobody seemed to be able to sort the problem until today. Johnny and Andy wouldn’t leave till the problem was finally sorted. Signal and speed now great. Thanks Johnny and Andy your amazing!!! More...

As a company we were already with Digitel, we just needed an upgrade of our system. Our Accounts Manager Dan provided us with a new system that would suit all our needs, and saved us money too. This company is there to help you get the best deal to suit you. The transition from the old to the new system was seamless. From Danny, Neil, Tom, Johnny, Jenny, Polly, Ashleigh and Joanne, all these members of staff were/are very professional/knowledgeable/helpful/friendly. On the day of the installation Tom & Johnny were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very polite/friendly/knowledgeable, and so helpful. On the day, they kept us up-to-date, and informed us of each step of the way with everything they were doing. I would recommend Digitel as they provide a 1st class service along with professional, knowledgeable, friendly & helpful staff. The after-care from a company is important, and Digitel have made several follow-up calls to see if we are happy with the system and the service. Making you as the client feel valued. Tom and Johnny were fantastic from start to finish. Polite and efficient throughout the whole service. We had a faulty handset delivered. Jenny was fantastic at sorting everything out and keeping us informed and Johnny came back to sort it all out within a couple of days. It’s great having a local telecoms company like Digitel whereby you can have all telecommunication services under one roof/one point of contact. Digitel first got in touch to simply conduct a 'Like for Like' quote of savings which could be made against our current providers at the time. Since transferring our services across and making savings, we have implemented a new telephone system which was tailored to our requirements and it has been a great success supplied and installed by Digitel.
