Describe your creative process.
Research: Customer needs/habits, competitor's weaknesses/strengths, upcoming industry trends, design psychology
Audit: What is working and what needs to be fixed? What needs to be done and the amount of resources needed to get there.
Concept: All-hands-on-deck creative clutches to develop campaign ideas, out-of-the-box solutions and off-the-wall initiatives.
Narrow: Work with client to select best concept for needs, determine all campaign elements
Create: Time to get in the zone and make marketing magic!
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We can start with clients from the ground up! If a preexisting branding exists, we ask for all creative asset guidelines (branding colors, logos, current and previous photography or other graphic), social logins, etc. Depending on the services, we may also request CEO/founder bios, spokesperson information, client testimonials and brand advocates. No two campaigns are alike, so we make sure to cover all bases to ensure we know our clients through and through.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Amy Packard Berry founded DigitalWire360 with the goal of helping small businesses achieve the attention and high level of marketing services as the Fortune 500 companies she worked with the first 10 years of her advertising career. With a knack for connecting like-minded individuals, businesses and organizations, Packard Berry has developed partnerships and and collaborations that benefit all parties involved and truly make a difference to both the clients and the communities they impact.
