Once upon a time I was at a Google conference in my capacity as a sales and marketing manager for a medium-sized manufacturer with 100 employees at the time. During one of the breakout sessions I happened to overhear a conversation on web design and search engine optimization between a small group of five or six people. They were asking one person a number of questions, and his answers were both interesting and enlightening. So much so that it almost seemed as if he was sharing trade secrets, haha. After the break, I asked him his name and then went back to my seat. We did not speak again until I contacted him weeks later. I've been working with Filip and the folks at Digital 808 ever since (approximately seven years now).
