At Digital360 we think what makes a great website can be split into 6 areas;

1. Great design - makes the site attractive and encourages users to return.
2. Usability - makes the site easy to navigate and easy and intuitive to get to the information the user is looking for.
3. Relevance - the information contained within the site is timely, accurate and pitched at the right level for the user
4. Measurability - this means that the effectiveness of the site can be measured objectively, based on any number of criteria, i.e. site visits, products sold etc
5. Speed and reliability - the site should load quickly even if it contains video and large graphics, people only give your site around 15 seconds to load.
6. The site must have an easy to use mobile version as more and more people access your site from mobile devices.

These are our main considerations before building a site for our customers.

I have been working in digital since the the very early days of the Internet. I have worked in BT as a a technical Internet consultant and then Senior Account Manager looking after Ford, Volvo and Nissan. I then Moved up to an Account Director role in the world largest digital agency at the time Sapient Nitro. I had joint responsibility for the Unilever Account looking after some of the global sub-brands.

I decided to set up on my own, because I felt I knew enough about digital from my working experience to create a unique proposition in the market. I also trained as a web designer while I was still working so when I finally made the break I was prepared as I could be.

Digital360 is different because I have a close team of trusted professionals that literally cover every aspect of digital, we offer a first class service from the initial quote through to go live and beyond.
