I had been searching for months for a company that can create and run effective Facebook and Google Ads. I am glad to say that I received a call from one of the dvc sales reps. They sold me on the no contract month to month service they provide. My customer success person is amazingly knowledgeable and makes this complex ads system seem easy to follow and understand. She is also very responsive and pays close attention to detail. Most importantly she has been generating the results I have been looking for. This is a review about working with Erica Mika,who is happily my manager. Working with Erica, is not 'work'. Her tenacity and communication skills to complete a job is blended with creativity and a home style warmth, which makes getting the 'job' done, - fun. There is also a level of patience, which I truly appreciate, as the nuances and changes in the creative process really require moving through boundaries that could thwart the process of 'flow'. Erica has the monopoly on this. One more thing; her skills take the headache off my head and shoulders.,
