Absolutely thrilled with our new 'garden room' (it's far too posh to call a conservatory!!) From the beginning to the end of the project, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. They use skilled, polite and tidy tradesmen, all of whom were a pleasure to have on site. The cost didn't vary (no sneaky extras added on), they kept to the schedule time-wise (a miracle, considering the awful weather we had for several weeks of this project!) and any issues I raised were dealt with / rectified graciously and without fuss. Gerald, who managed the project, appeared regularly on site to make sure that everything was 'on track' and that we were happy with progress and what had been completed to date. I would describe Outside Interests' customer service as 'knockout' and I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company for similar works. We are thrilled with our new extension and conversion by the excellent team at Outside Interests and Gerald who managed the whole project admirably. All of the trades were brilliant, very polite, tidy and quickly got used to the dog that made it even better. Gerald paid various visits to check on progress and did a great job of the electrics. Absolutely thrilled with our new orangery supplied & erected by Outside Interests. From the initial design to completion was trouble free due to the skill & professionalism of all concerned. All the tradesmen were highly skilled, obviously knew their stuff & have worked with the company for some time. Without exception, apart from the obvious disruption, they were a pleasure to have working on our property. Gerald, the project manager, appeared regularly throughout the build to ensure everything was progressing well. I would thoroughly recommend Outside Interests if you are thinking about a conservatory/ orangery/ doors/ windows etc.Mark, Gerald and the team are first class. Nothing was too much trouble and any minor snags will get promptly resolved without fuss or bother.Best place to go to in the South East.
