What inspired you to start your own business?
Digital Publications is the second business that I've owned.
I started my first business somewhat naively when I thought I spotted a gap in the market. It turned out not to be as profitable a gap as I thought, but I enjoyed the challenge of running my own business, so pivoted into something (software development) that is even more enjoyable (and profitable) than my first attempt.

Mobile App Development
(1) Development is primarily focused on Apple, Android and Huawei, but we can complete Windows applications when required. (2) We produce both Native and Hybrid mobile solutions. (3) Development Languages: Swift, Objective C, Java, Cordova and React Native. (4) Services we have worked on include: UI/UX development, design, API development & integration, Location services, Push notifications, Google + Apple and cloud services, Payment & Third Party integration, Database design & development, Server side content management systems and Analytics. (5) App Widgets and home screen components designs
API Development & Integration
(1) We’ve developed REST API’s with secured API Keys.
(2) Used JSON and XML data structures. (3) The API’s are platform independent targeting all operating systems and are scalable with auto paging for large result sets. (4) We’ve developed effi cient API’s with extensive caching from both client and server side and refreshed according to changes in data. (5) Full Synchronisation API that maintains state on both server and client, allowing clients to work offline and upload data when network connection is available.
(6) Third party integration with services like Google, Facebook and implementation of Open Authentication standards.
General Software Development
(1) We have undertaken a number of general software development projects for customers. (2) Typically these projects have had a non-mobile focus, but have been in areas in which we have prior experience such as PHP, C#, MySQL, Linux, Database design, CRM and CMS development.
E-Commerce & Implementation
(1) Development of two factor verification that allows the payment gateway to authorize with the card holder as an additional layer of safety. (2) Safe storage of card information for clients who require this feature using AES, RSA and similar algorithms. (3) Traditional E-Commerce Platforms with payment gateway integration.
Fintech Ecosystems
(1) We provide a number of services in the Fintech space to a wide variety of businesses, some which are startups and others that are more established players wanting to enhance their offerings. (2) Services and technologies that we have deployed include:
