Hi Paul Hickey here, founder of Digital Mind.

With over 25 years of senior executive leadership experience across a diverse industry portfolio (from Hospitality/Leisure, to Property/Facilities and B2B Support Services and “C”/Board level at a FTSE 100 Multinational), I believe I have gained crucial and significant insights into what make successful businesses work and flourish and I have a true passion for helping businesses (particularly SME’s and start-ups), at any stage of their journey.

In recent times I have chosen to further update my business skills, becoming a qualified Digital Marketing professional, as I see this as an area critical to the success of small businesses, to both bring their Brand to market and reach the widest possible relevant consumers, but also to ensure a continuous revenue flow through on-line sales conversions achieved in the most cost-effective manner.

Having been a client of MINDBODY CRM Software for the Wellness, Health and Leisure industries for over 4 years, I have recently been appointed as a Certified MINDBODY Business Consultant, the first in Ireland and one of a very few across Europe!

As an accomplished user of this powerful software I have witnessed first hand how its application has enhanced numerous businesses (including my own) and its dynamic interfaces offer real time consumer value in its efficient and user friendly capabilities.

Combine this with the in depth reporting, e-commerce and KPI ability and you cannot ask for a better business insight tool to effectively run your business.

Combining both of these business tools to great effectiveness, is, in my opinion, a must for any businesses operating in the Health/Wellness/Leisure industries, as I have evidenced in the success of my own partnership in Pilates Performance.
