Digital Converters

Very disappointing. I asked them to convert two tapes digitally. Took almost a month and then I found that the tracks hadn’t been individually saved so had to play all until I came to the track I wanted. When I complained I was simply told they didn’t do that. However, nowhere on their website did it state this.
Certainly won’t be using this company again and I warn others requiring similar work to be done to cassette tapes. More...

Honestly amazed at the quality and professionalism of this business. Would 100% recommend to anyone as their cloud based downloads made it super easy to have access to the conversions as soon as they are ready.

We took around 35 mini tapes and some very old videos which had recordings of old cine films on them.
The results were fabulous. Its so nice to be able to watch footage which we hadn't seen for many years, all bringing back lots of memories. The quality which they were able to produce was really good, especially considering that the tapes had been lying in a box for so many years.
We were't charged for any which were found to be blank or damaged or had very little on. We received the tapes back really quickly with the new recordings on a memory stick so we could then easily share it with the rest of our family

I cannot give these guys enough praise! I sent 58 tapes (sVHS) to be converted and they came back great! 1 of the tapes were blank so we were not charged for it's conversion.

I was very nervous about sending these priceless family memories, as I'm sure many people would be, but it was a fantastic decision which has meant myself and my family can look back at things long forgotten and most importantly see people who are sadly no longer with us.

This was my first encounter with Digital Converters and I am really pleased with the service I received. Ordering on the website was easy and straight forward and I particularly liked the option to convert to memory stick saving me time transferring the final conversion to my computer.

Sent the tapes off with some trepidation (after all there was 10 years of family history in the box with no copies) so was really relieved to receive an email confirming they had received my parcel!

Conversion was just over a week for 9 Mini DV's + 1 cassette tape and when I got them back I was really, really pleased with the result. Conversion to MP4 was great and so easy to load onto my computer from the memory stick, I couldn't have asked for any more.

I am so pleased I have already sent the next batch of tapes off for converting. More...
