What makes a great website?
A great website is a website that captures your audience through stunning design, simplicity and expressive copywriting that results in as many website visitors as possible taking the desired action that you want them to. Whether that action is to book in at your restaurant, download a guide or buy something from your website's shop, the key in securing that is through creating a website that is easy to read and pleasing to look at with a very clear call to action.
Another key point is ensuring that your website is SEO friendly, ensuring that new customers can find your business online when searching.

Describe your creative process.
When taking on a new project, the first thing we do is head to our brainstorm area to generate ideas together as a team; we find that it's important to give ourselves time to brainstorm and get those creative juices flowing. Once we've got several ideas, we'll run them past you and then form a clear strategy if it's a social media project, or we'll create you a website mock-up if it's a web design project.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
This would depend on which service you were going ahead with. For social media management, we would first ask you what your specific goals are with social media and what you would like to achieve, which will help us pull together our strategy. We would also need your login details and any imagery that you have that you would like to use.
For website design, we would ask you if you have any design preferences & colour schemes in mind, as well as asking you to provide relevant imagery and text for your website pages. We would then create a mock-up website for you so you can see how your brand new website would look and we can discuss any potential changes. We find it important to give our clients regular updates on the progress of their website and like to keep in good communication throughout the process.
What do you love most about your job?
Easy! The best part of our job is making our clients happy, and delivering great results for them. It's the best feeling for us to receive great feedback from our clients and hear how our work has completely changed their business for the better and found them new customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our founder and Head of Web Design, Ryan, started DigiPro Media when he was just 16 after deciding to journey into entrepreneurship. Since then, DigiPro Media has gone from strength to strength and has added services such as social media marketing and photography after hiring new team members.
Being a business owner came naturally to Ryan, even at a young age, due to most of his family being successful business owners themselves.
