We're not local but loved the look of the place. The staff were terrific, very welcoming. We tried the tempeh Reuben. It came with a small salad. Their own marinated tempeh is fabulous and the salad was wonderful. They are very generous with the tempeh. Wish I'd had a way to get some home as they sell it there. We also tried the Thai curry bowl. It was a tad underwhelming although we liked it was served over baby spinach. It was a good sized serving, just not terribly flavorful. I've only been here twice once last summer when I was looking for a place to buy then in late October on my way to my new home. Really love it ,authentic as they get. I'm an old guy that grew up in the early sixties before there was such a thing as 'health food stores' and the good food idea. But I think now that I'm approaching my seventies I owe my trim body and healthy life to eating good. So many of my peers have gotten fat and died it's a shame that eating better hasn't really caught on. Cool small store, I usually go there to buy food for my dogs and also bread... it’s a little pricey, but that’s how most organic’ish stores are. Awesome little organic grocery store. It has more than just groceries. The very best of foods. You can also stop bye for a quick bite to eat and sit and enjoy the food.
