I live aboard and had 5 weeks in the UK to remain fit despite the summer holiday indulgences! Adam, was great he came to my home and kept me in check whenever I was feeling lethargic! He is very professional and definitely has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to diet, nutrition, weights and cardio etc. He has great energy which is fun and infectious. I was amazed to see that despite being on Summer holiday and not have any routine and not being able to manage my diet I pretty much remained the same weight and I know it was due to Adams diligence and our steady training schedule, I cannot recommend Adam enough and will definitely use him again when I am back in UK for holidays. Great personal trainer! Has really helped me achieve beyond my goal. Gives you every bit of advice and knowledge you need to get where you want to be. Always there to help if you ever have a question or problem. Does his best to fit me in as I have a child and I can't always do the set days. Training with Adam has been really fun and I'm well on my way to achieving my goal, I can already see a difference to my body's shape and I'm really pleased with the results. I find Adam motivating and a joy to train with, he's very personable and easy to get on with. I would thoroughly recommend him to others, he really knows his stuff and helps with eating plans setting realistic and achievable targets. Had such a great experience with this company. Would definitely recommend Diets Don't Work to everyone. I am so much fitter and eat better than I did when I started. In sessions I learnt and spoke about goals, nutrition and marginal gains, which was all extremely helpful and allows your goals to be reached realistically. I am very pleased that I found my trainer last summer. He is a very energetic, knowledgable, fit guy and always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Started 7 months ago doing two sessions per week. He understood my goals and planned accordingly. I was a size 12 and after 6 months got to size 10 with good muscle definition all over. Couldn't believe it ! Very pleased with the results.I am much stronger, and fitter overall and enjoy the compliments from my boyfriend, family and friends. My trainer helped me to adjust my diet and gave me a new training program. The sessions are fun and varied and he Is continually developing and including new ideas. The sessions are always fun but don't expect to slack, they have a strict side which I like and my trainer pushes me hard when he has to! More...

I have been training with Diets Don't Work for 6 mths now and my trainer is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable; structured and just as important has been engaged with me on my journey from the beginning. We talk diet/nutrition; motivation; set goals/targets and the training sessions are always challenging; varied to suit my needs/location and they really work!
His enthusiasm and commitment for what he does and his energy is infectious. He always knows what to say to motivate me (even that early in the morning). Amazingly I am now someone who goes to the gym on her own outside of our 2 training sessions a week (a miracle).
Thanks to my trainer at DDW I am 3 stone lighter; fitter than I have ever been and very motivated to be fitter and maintain my healthier lifestyle. I also have a new passion for indoor rowing and developed a competitive streak - love it - thanks!!

I have been training with Adam once a week for the last 4 years, and have gone from struggling to jog for more than a minute to running a marathon and rowing competitively. I am also stronger and fitter than I have ever been and find that having a having a trainer is extremely motivating and guarantees results. The team are very knowledgable about most sports and will give you great guidance, advice and will tailor your training to compliment.
