I was not present during the clean but I specifically asked cleaner to clean the porch- it was swept out but woodwork untouched leaving it very dusty.
Dining room chairs legs - one still dusty. Bathroom shelf where cleaning materials stored still not cleaned.
I would not use this service again.

I'm sorry you feel this way about the service, I did say to you any problems to please let me know and I would have rectified these, you did ask me to sweep the porch but not to wash the woodwork, as it was a general clean you needed outside cleaning would have cost more, as for the shelving in the bathroom this was cleaned, Diane
