Typing
I have formerly supported the School of Mathematical and Information Sciences inputting data onto their computer system.
I was responsible for contacting UCAS and making offers to prospective students.
I have also typed complex Mathematical and Statistical examination and coursework material.
Taped Transcription
I have provided support to a Counsellor in Warwickshire for the past 3 years using tapes as her preferred method of working.
I enjoy the work a great deal and I feel that this demonstrates my ability to keep a confidence.
Communication - Verbal & Written
I'm a good communicator, and get on well with people at all levels. I am a good problem solver, I will always listen to people and offer advice should they need it. Working in a supportive and caring role - Telephone counsellor perhaps?
